We are actively recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Corporate Headquarters in Salisbury, MD.  This person is responsible for the execution of the overall digital marketing strategy for Perdue Farms Direct to Consumer Division.  Their primary focus on planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services.  They will also manage email, paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing channels.  The Marketing Manager assists the Director of Marketing and Vice President in the development and implementation of annual and long-term marketing plans.  Success will be judged by ability to meet specific objectives related to growth in sales and profitability while being consistent with the Company’s mission, values, and quality policy.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and manage email and paid social media strategy after completing competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification and segmentation.
  • Execute email and paid social campaigns on a daily basis including establishing budgets, coordinating creative, building ad groups/campaigns, adjusting bid strategies, and optimizing toward established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with web development, web design, marketing, customer relations, and merchandizing to develop campaigns in line with annual marketing plans and established goals.
  • Analyze and report on appropriate performance data/metrics, insights, and best practices to measure the success of every campaign and to refine strategy for improved performance.
  • Oversees paid search (PPC) marketing strategy and performance, partnering with internal team members and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed on time and maximize the brands online presence and conversions.
  • Participates in the creative development process via direct interaction with the content team (including brief development, creative cost estimates, media estimates and photo/video shoot process).
  • Manage brand’s affiliate marketing program, including affiliate recruitment, activation, and communication.
  • Completes all activities from individual performance development plan.

Minimum Education and Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent work experience plus 5-6 years related work experience including 0-3 years of E-commerce marketing experience.  Expert in Meta Ads Manager, ESP (Email Service Provider) platforms such as Constant Contact, BlueCore, Klaviyo, or equivalent.  Experience directly managing large budget campaigns and a proven track record of driving ROI.  Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks (ShareASale, Rakuten, impact, etc.)  Experience managing Display Side Platforms (DSP), Google Ads campaigns, and Google Analytics.  Must have strong analytical skills.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements


Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.  May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
