What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze and draft legal documents
  • Assess and observe contract negotiation process
  • Perform legal research regarding regulatory developments and identify improvements in compliance processes to meet or exceed federal and state standards
  • Analyze regulatory developments to facilitate business team's strategic planning
  • Exposure to diversity of legal issues

Minimum Education

  • Must be a Second or Third year law school student
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher

Experience Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
