Summary

Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst manages processes surrounding advanced analytics, modeling, problem solving, and process discipline in the development of pricing strategies, trade allocation, and shopper investments across our Retail Channel. This role involves analyzing market trends, and optimizing revenue streams while ensuring alignment with company goals. Role works cross-functionally works with:  Whole Bird Profitability, Sales Planning & Marketing to lead the development of a sustainable model for pricing excellence.  Ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business success.

 

The salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product portfolio optimization.
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and financial metrics to support decision-making and forecasting.  
  • Monitor and report on the performance of revenue growth initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage pricing models and trade spend to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Support sales, sales planning, and category management teams to ensure spending is managed within budget parameters.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas for revenue enhancement.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree along with five years of experience in revenue/sales as a business analyst, pricing analyst or related role. 
  • Experience in a Direct to Consumer or Consumer Packaged Goods Company.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and comfortable under pressure.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow up skills.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

This position is office based in an open cubical environment. Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.  May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
