Summary
To provide clerical and administrative support for the soybean processing plant.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to plant supervisors as requested.
- Assist with the documentation, record keeping and data entry of safety programs.
- Assist with entering payroll information, tracking occurrences, and tracking PTO.
- Assist with loading documentation (Oil, Meal, Pellets, Hulls – Trucks, Railcars, Containers, Ships).
- Provide assistance with load orders and BOLs for all transport loading and unloading.
- Verify documentation for product loaders; provide load summaries when complete; complete Daily Production Report each morning with updates during the day.
- Perform all purchasing duties as directed (Ordering, Receiving, Planning).
- Perform other task as assigned.
Minimum Education
- High School Graduate or GED, further education preferred
Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of standard software applications
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment. Able to move freely throughout the facility. Able to move freely throughout the AgriBusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), able to lift (0-50 pounds), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available
