Summary
We are actively recruiting for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial team at Corporate HQ in Salisbury, MD. This person is responsible for supporting Perdue Farms Digital Operations and its associated brands. They will day to day focus on reporting and data analysis of the digital marketing strategy for Perdue Farms with a primary focus on analyzing marketing statistics, monitoring campaign performance, and tracking marketing trends to help develop strategies that will enhance digital advertising. They will also be responsible for the reporting and analysis of paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.). This person tracks and measures all key performance metrics across multiple platforms and assists the Digital Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of annual and long-term marketing plans. Success will be determined by achieving key performance metrics for Perdue Farms while being consistent with the Company’s mission, values, and quality policy.
The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage reporting and data analysis for paid media campaigns.
- Execute paid social campaigns daily including establishing budgets, coordinating creative, building ad groups/campaigns, adjusting bid strategies, and optimizing toward established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with marketing team to adjust campaigns to align with annual marketing plans and established goals.
- Analyze and report on appropriate performance data/metrics, insights, and best practices to measure the success of every campaign and to refine strategy for improved performance.
- Oversees paid social marketing strategy and performance, partnering with internal team members and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed on time and maximize the brands online presence and conversions.
- Participates in the creative development process via direct interaction with the content team (including brief development, creative cost estimates, media estimates and photo/video shoot process).
- Build and distribute structured reports that reflect key KPIs of individual channels.
- Completes all activities from individual performance development plan.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience, plus 2-5 years related work experience including 0-3 years of E-Commerce marketing experience.
The ideal candidate must also have:
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with analyzing trends and building reports for company wide exposure.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
