Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting the talent acquisition teams recruitment efforts including travel booking, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Utilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requested.

Minimum Education and Experience

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experience.

 

The Ideal Candidate will also have:

  • At least 1+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software. SuccessFactors experience, desired.
  • Effective time-management and ability to prioritize competing demands.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

 

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment
