Video Marketing Specialist

Summary

This position will directly support marketing efforts to reach and improve engagement with Perdue AgriBusiness customers, farmers, and associates through video storytelling and digital asset management.

The salary range for this position is $73,000 [low end] - $109,000 [high end] per year, based on experience and qualifications.  In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match aver 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create video content from ideation to final production using creative cloud tools to cut, edit, and incorporate animation and motion graphics. Videos will include but not be limited to customer testimonials, product overview videos, just-in-time event and facility updates, capital project highlights, facility overview videos, associate training introductions, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce multimedia content to engage customers, farmers, and associates at Perdue AgriBusiness.   
• Help design, edit, and maintain presentation templates, graphic collateral, and images that support marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to use multimedia content to enhance the customer experience, support our marketing strategy and maintain our employer brand.
• Optimize PAB social media with video content as it relates to events, initiatives, and partnerships.
• Help create and manage an organizational solution for digital assets to include a library of content organized by business unit. 

Minimum Education

• BA Cinema Studies, Marketing, Graphic Design

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with video and media production, editing, and script writing

• Adobe Suite

• Final Cut Pro

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

Normal climate controlled office environment.  Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment.  The position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies, and equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
